About Prairie Fest
Prairie Fest is a fun, family-centered
event to celebrate the Gottfried Prairie and
Arboretum and our native plants heritage.
This is a great way to spend your Saturday
-- lots to learn and lots to do! The event
is FREE, and open to the general public.
Bring your own picnic and lawn chairs or
blankets.
Call for Artists!
Are you an artist whose work is inspired
by nature? Do you use natural elements
(clay, stone, bark, botanicals, etc.) to
make your art? Does your art reflect nature
(i.e. landscapes, seascapes, etc.)?
The Prairie Fest committee is seeking
applicants of visual artists 18 years or
older to show and sell their work at the 8th
Annual Prairie Fest on July 31.
