Maggie Gellings to participate in Leadership Academy

Maggie Gellings, UW-Fond du Lac student services coordinator, will participate in the 2008-09 statewide Leadership Academy for faculty, academic staff and classified staff working in the UW Colleges and UW-Extension.

Class members will gain knowledge about major policy, management and leadership issues facing outreach and higher education in Wisconsin and learn more about the two institutions.

Gellings has been with UW-Fond du Lac since 2005 and does academic advising, teaches a career exploration and learning skills course, serves as an advisor for student life organizations and is coordinator of the Work Zone – a tutoring center on campus.
